Welcome to Property Stats. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Property Stats platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using Property Stats, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Our Service provides market intelligence for informational purposes. We do not provide property valuations, investment advice, or recommendations for specific properties or transactions.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you and the organisation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.
New organisations receive a 30-day free trial with access to core platform features. During the trial period, organisations are limited to 5 team members. No payment information is required to start your trial.
After your trial expires, a paid subscription is required to continue accessing the platform. Subscriptions are billed on a per-seat basis, where each team member in your organisation counts as one seat. Billing is processed monthly in advance.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again and notify you by email. You will have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. If payment is not resolved within this period, access to the platform will be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation:
Subscription fees are non-refundable. We offer a generous 30-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. Prorated credits are applied automatically when you remove team members from your organisation. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at our discretion.
We may change our subscription prices from time to time. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect by email to the address associated with your account. Price changes will apply from your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

Service Availability: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Service Modification and Discontinuation: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to active subscribers.
No Warranty: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
